Boswa Energy
Boswa Energy is an African-based multinational power distribution agency that deals with oil, gas, petroleum and other common types of fuel. Its services include; supplying, transportation, generation, storage and maintenance. The company also offers consultation services, which are a platform for discussing the technical aspects of the business. It was founded by Dr. Khotso Ramphele and Mr. Tumelo Sealetsa.
1. Corporate Identity
1.1 Logo
The Logo of Boswa Energy consists of the company name in orange lettering. The colour orange depicts the sun, in particular energy.
1.2 Structure
Boswa Energy conducts business in line with the international best practice corporate governance standards. Policies and procedures are all based on professional codes of ethics.
2. Services
2.1 Supply
Boswa Energy offers power supply services in and around Africa, as they own several refineries both locally and internationally.
2.2 Transportation
The company has a fleet of haulage vehicles for fuel transportation purposes. This is done through the use of SQAS approved heavy-duty trucks.
2.3 Generation
Power Generation mechanisms are also available at Boswa Energy.
2.4 Storage
There are storage tanks and facilities to contain and monitor different fuels.
2.5 Maintenance
Boswa Energy has a maintenance package for all their products/ services offered.
2.6 Consultancy
Under the firm's consultancy wing, any inquiries pertaining to the Energy Industry are addressed.
3. Projects
Boswa Energy is involved in the construction of the Walvis Bay, Namibia Power Plant with Xaris Energy. It is also currently supplying oil to General Electric in Botswana.
