Education in Mother Tongue

The language using which we live in the family with our parents and have been brought up is mother tongue.It is the first langue used by the children(Multilingual Education implementation diectory,206B.S.Nepal).Mother tongue using in education means;teaching in the children's family language( Shil,yadav and kandel,2073 B.S.)It the identification language of our social culture and tradition.Now a days,7139 languages are spoken in the world(UNESCO,2023).The users of 40% languages are less than 1000 speakers.
