H.E.S.T.O. is a Acronym for a basic food staple created by Ron Lunsford in 2016. It was designed to include many food benefits in a simple meal that could be taken to work in a simple food container.
Its composition is very simple.
Hamburger eggs spinach tomato onion
Mixed, chopped, and baked, than cut into squares for convenience.
Plans to standardize a formula are forthcoming.
