Charles Locke Scudder (August 7, 1860 – ) was an American orthopedic surgeon and physician.

Scudder was born August 7, 1860, in Kent, Connecticut, and grew up in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. His father, Evarts Scudder, was a pastor at the Great Barrington Congregational Church.

Williston Academy and Yale University B.A. in 1882, Ph.B. in 1883, then enrolled in the Harvard Medical School graduating in 1888.

Scudder married Abigail Taylor Seelye, daughter of Laurenus Clark Seelye, on September 5, 1895.
