most people like to be spoon fed every ounce of knowledge especially about thing that they love the most, most people don't like to see bad things about those things. However once you embrace things wholeheartedly it makes things harder to critique things and judge them yourself once someone sees the bad in them.
Certain movies are given a higher authority than others in which reviews and critics feel that one movie's message has greater value than another one due to either trivial circumstances or great ones.
Nothing new but black are and have always been treated as they were less than human and not just inferior but a whole species below the human food chia which has made slavery and racism so easy since you don't have to see your oppressed as people
