The 2021 CONCACAF Regions League will be the second edition of the CONCACAF Regions League, a quaternary tournament to determine a group stage berth into the the tertiary CONCACAF Confederations League. The runner-up and semifinalists will earn berths into the qualifying rounds.
Pending developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, the tournament is scheduled to begin on 6 April 2021 and conclude on 16 May 2021, with the final being held at Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States.

[edit]The schedule of the competition is as follows (all draws are held at the CONCACAF headquarters in New York City, United States, unless stated otherwise). The competition was postponed and reduced to single legs due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
