The 2019–20 CFU Regions League is the proposed inagural edition of the CFU Regions League, a quaternary tournament for the top teams in the Caribbean nations not to qualify for the Champions League, SuperLiga, or Confederations League.
The tournament features qualification that begins in June 2019 and concludes in July 2019. The group stage begins in August 2019 and concludes in October 2019. The knockout stage begins in November 2019 and concludes in March 2020.
For the 2019–20 CFU Regions League, the associations are allocated places according to their 2017 CONCACAF country coefficients, which takes into account their performance in North American competitions from 2013–14 to 2017–18.
The schedule of the competition is as follows (all draws are held at the CFU headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, unless stated otherwise).
