I am a software engineer specialising in telecoms and currently live on the south coast of England.

Scuba diving

When I'm not making the world of internet telephony better, I can usually be found scuba diving. Since learning to dive in 2006, I have become a BSAC and PADI instructor and technical diver. I am interested in all kinds of diving, deep and shallow, metal and squidge.

Juggling

I can juggle to a limited extent with 3 balls or 3 clubs. I can also juggle with another person (managed 6 balls so far). Without taking this to the extreme ironing extreme but keeping the eccentricity, I have juggled in the following places:

Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point on mainland Britain
Helvellyn, the third highest peak in England (I'll do Skarfell Pike at some point)
Ben Nevis, the highest peak in Scotland
Glyder Fawr, the fifth highest peak in Wales (1001m)
The Great Wall of China

I tried juggling with stones while diving at Chesil Beach once. It didn't work.

Given my interest in scuba diving, I'd like to contribute a photo of a fish or other aquatic life that does not yet have one. I'll have to take a good one first though...
