Fossil fuel theory of diffusion

Theory was presented by student of chemistry Qasim Fazal. The theory is based on the decaying of organic complex compound i.e dead remain of plants, wood,trees, and animals dead body. Stated that

"During storm and deluge decay organism from land flow toword sea and its own dead organism (aquatic organism) with the passage of time these decay organism converted to fossil fuels and flow from sea toword land by the process of diffusion"

All the organism are made up of organic compound and its derivative (hydrocarbon) , after the decaying of these organism on earth they float toword the sea in the deluge or climatic stroms, these decaying organism breakdown in smaller parts and react with the sea organic and inorganic compound with the passage of time and convert into fossil fuel, after this process its concentration (fossils) is higher in sea water so they flow or move from sea toword land by the process of diffusion.
