Qadan Muse

Qadan Muse was born in a town called Burao in Somaliland. on February 14 in 1994.I grew up in Burao, the second capital city of Somaliland. I grew up with my aunt and I left my family when I was nine years old. There are many great people that I met with while I was here and back at home. My uncle, Ahmed is very important person in to my life, and he is the reason that i am here to day. One of the most important lessons that he thought me is that no one likes a quitter. It is easy to say no one likes a quitter but believing it and trying to not be a quitter is every hard.There are many other things that I learned from my uncle but i believe this is the most important lesson that I learned from him, and I will remember it for the rest of my life.

Education

My primary school was Smart School in Burao. After I took the 8th grade Somaliland National Exam, I was one of the students who got very High scores on their tests. Few months later the 8th grade exam, I took another exam before I came to Abaarso Tech. I passed the exam and then I get in to Abaarso Tech, the school that I am in today. Abaarso Tech is a boarding school located near Hargeisa, Somaliland.

My job/work time

My first year in AT,Abaarso Tech, I used to work with two teachers that had a club called ECO, and they used to work on recycling hings like water bottles before we throw away. Those teachers left the third term in my 9th grade, and My work time was changed to a Primary tutor.

Guess what people?... I a primary tutor until today that I am 11th grade, and I hope that I will be for the next year and three months. We were told to teach those students in English and even they didn't know the alphabet. I believe that the primary tutors are great and host people, and you can see that from the progress that the kids made.

My favorites and hopes

My favorite sports are running and football. Playing football and running are my favorite sports for a long time. What i would like to be in the future is that I want to learn Biology,and be a professor. I would also like to be a Lawyer. --Qadan muse 18:38, 2 March 2013 (UTC)

Achievements

The South African Students’ Organization (SASO) was able to re-establish an opposition group that went against the dictator government that existed in South Africa. Before this organization started there were no any black people who were allowed to do things that the whites were allowed to do. SASO helped many black South African students and politicians to get better life system, and they worked actively in order to reach their goals. For the first view years, the SASO organization started with bunch of different projects that they wanted to help the black students in South Africa, but they also helped many other African people. They started those projects by helping the black South Africans from health issues, and later on they spread activities to do something about the education system. The South African Students’ Organization, faced many obstacles, but they finally achieved their missions and they helped many black South African students to have qualified education. This did not only benefit the students who lived at that time, but they opened knew doors for their future generations and still their achievements work today. Steve Biko was one of the black students who attended Natal University's medical school, and he was a medical student. He was one of the very view people who talk about the unhealthy situation in South Africa. Steve Biko was elected as the leader of the student’s Representative Council in Natal University.
