Oscar Hellmuth Schreiter was (March 18, 1902 - Unknown) was a member of the Nazi party, WWI German intelligence agent, and linguist professor born in Dresden.

Mexico

Aboard on the SS Otto Hugo Stinnes from Hamburg, Schreiter arrived to Veracruz, Mexico on August 20, 1923.

In August of 1943, Schreiter was ordered to Mexico City on the charge of being a dangerous alien but able to return to Guanajuato some time later. Authorities ordered him to return and remain in Mexico City indefinitely.

He was a close friend and political advisor to Manuel Torres Bueno.
