I edit pages only when there is obviously something missing and a great attempt to be impartial. I do encourage feedback, but please do not just delete without some education debate on the if there is an issue to be resolved speaking from one educated person to another. I plan on being proactive in discussing edits before they occur with contributors that the history of the page would suggest an upcoming conflict. I am more interested in keeping context and removing bias, but indirectly i.e. tagging pages as possibly bias, discussion on message boards, or even adding subtitles matching parallel subjects that to promote contributions when data/information is lacking.
I am washing my hands of any attempt to make the generation cycle from The Greatest Generation to Generation Y flow better and be more uniform with content and lack of bias. Seems too hot a topic to touch and too many egos to deal with and I do not handle egos well. I will stick to something with more harmony if there are some contributions or just jump ship and de-evolve to print encyclopedias. *sigh*
