Me
I was born in Brooklyn, New York, but I have lived in northern New Jersey for the past five years. I am a graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights and I majored in History and Psychology. I earned a Masters in History while working full-time and raising a wonderful family. I have dabbled briefly in writing historical plays and hope to write a really good script with accompanying novel for a movie based on a favorite historical character. Maybe Mel Gibson might be interested? I am a devout Traditional Roman Catholic and a happily married father of five small children who takes an active approach to their education through homeschooling.
Interests
My interests are, of course, many and varied, but include the study of history, religion, science, politics and languages (my native English, and fluency in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, with a working knowledge of French, German, and Japanese), and reading science fiction and viewing sci-fi shows. My favorite authors are Hilaire Belloc, G. K. Chesterton, Warren H. Carroll and C. S. Lewis. Although I am an avid reader, a book that I find myself coming back to time and again is the one written by Walter M. Miller entitled, "A Canticle for Leibowitz."
