Below is a shoutbox where smaller comments are posted for rapid comunications between online users. Comments here are erased within some time (perhaps a day or a week), this useful tool avoids the over-flooding in talk pages and makes ease of coordinations. You can always check if this user is online by writing "are you there?" or something like that. It's s uposed to be in the talk page, so the user receive inmediate notification of a new message.
