He completed his tenth class studies at Mount litera zee School, .Later he moved to kanpur from Allahabad.Prateek has won a various medal in Olympiad in Kanpur and Allahabad. He has an elder brother (Harshit kumar) and his mother is a house wife. And his father works for Indian government.[2]
