Pranav Pandya is an International Winner and Global Nominee for NASA Space App Challenge 2020. He was a program topper in M. Tech Geoinformatics & surveying Technology from Symbiosis International University (2019-21). His work is focused on the integration of cloud computing technology and geospatial data towards solving relevant environmental problems of the present. He has worked interned at Space Application Center (SAC), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and was a nominee for ESRI Young Scholar Award.

His paper received Best Paper Award in the International Conference of ICWSTCSC and he was a student core committee member for the Institute of Engineers India (IEI).

Presently he works on Indo-Canada Building Energy Optimization under the Landscape Characteristics project which is funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST) & ICIMPACT.
