This scripts adds a button next to the page title when editing AfD discussions. Pressing the button inserts a wikitable into the editor with one column listing the sources in the article, and another column where you can add comments.

Installation

First install User:Enterprisey/script-installer, then come back to this page and click the giant blue "Install" button in the infobox on the right.

Or install it manually by adding the below code to your Special:MyPage/common.js file:

Usage

After each line containing a source is a line that contains only 2 vertical lines. Type your comments after those. Is the source reliable? in-depth? independent? et cetera.

Functionality

  • Adds a button next to the page title when editing AfD discussions. Clicking the button adds a wikicode table to the editor

Limitations

  • The sources on the actual article may be displayed in a different order than they occur in the wikicode.
  • This script has not been tested with the Visual Editor
