Flat4LV is the largest Subaru car enthusiast community in the Las Vegas Valley boasting 1956^[1] members as of August 2 2008. The club is well know for its annual Subie Invasion^[2] meets, which invite the top tuners, vendors, and enthusiasts from the Subaru community to share their common interest in the Subaru platform. Held during the same week as the Specialty Equipment Market Association(SEMA) Car Show at the las Vegas Convention Center. Flat4LV, along with sponsorship from EDO Performance and Subaru of Las Vegas^[3] provides raffles, BBQ, vendors forum, and an annual drive to the Valley of Fire State Park.

A web forum board was created October 28 2003 to help organize events such as group drives, fundraisers, car shows, weekly meets, and an administrative core. Without the forum Flat4LV quickly became hard to maintain and handle after the release of the USDM 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX and also the release of the Subaru Impreza WRX STI. After those two models were released, the car club saw its biggest spike in members late in 2003.

Another annual event that Flat4LV joins in on, is the KLUC 98.5 annual Christmas Toy Drive. Each year, the generous members of Flat4LV and their families donate hundreds of toys for the underprivileged children in Las Vegas.

Member diversity

Flat4LV boasts members originating from Las Vegas, Nevada, across the United States, and as far as Western Australia, the Philipines, South Korea, Hong Kong and many other countries.

Group drives

During the spring and summer seasons, group drives occur quite often. Multiple runs through Red Rock Canyon in an afternoon are not uncommon. Lake Mead and Mt Charleston are also popular destinations for Flat4LV members to organize group drives to.
