Hera Process is a simple and Open project management method under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 for Website development. Hera Process gives a "ready to go" solution to project managers with concrete examples and documents.
History
[edit]Hera Process was created in August 2010 and it's currently a BETA version.
Advantages
[edit]The idea of Hera Process is to give essential best practices to project manager rather than a management concept. Instead of learning a heavy process, the project manager just has to follow the process using the provided templates.
Goal
[edit]With user contributions, the goal of the Hera Process is to build a database of all useful documentation for website development projects and to improve the process.
