I am a physics dude. My particular field is Quantum Gravity -esp. Loop Quantum Gravity and Quantum Foam. My professional research interests are the holographic principle as it applies to higher dimensional space times. However, my interests lie in many places (including) in astrophysics, optics, and accelerator physics. I also like building small robots with my undergraduate Physics I/II students.

Additionally I am very interested in the open source movement as it applies to software design and engineering.
