Joseph Nelson popularly known as Petez nick name Ghetto Boy is a Tanzanian recoding Artist, songwriter, performer from Dar es Salaam Tanzania,was born on June 6, 1996 in Dar es Salaam at Amana Hospital in Ilala Dar es Salaam Tanzania and was raised in Buguruni . He is the son of Nelson Shadanieli and Rachel Sanga.His family was found in a poor village in Buguruni.His mother is a lutheran Christian and his father practices Christian.He started his primary education in 2003 and finished 2009. Petez never thought or imagined that he would go into singing but his long time friend called deko loved to sing music and he used to take his friend and go with him to the music chambers that's when he officially started singing music and loved it ,petez has always been interested in making music mixture of Afrobeats, R&B and hip hop .He grew up listening Chris Brown .Ne-Yo , 2face Idibia, Wizkid ,p square, Mr nice and Bob Marley In a radio.He was singing on school platforms and gaining a good reputation for teachers and students, in early 2011 when he was Dar es salaam secondary school at the time he was a 17-year-old boy he loved to sing with his classmates especially girls, his mother sang in church and loved his son very much he sang gospel music, his life was largely lived by his mother named rachel, they lived a life of stress and poverty until he graduated, when he finished school he started fighting for his dream by finding different platforms to sing while his goal was to show his talent in his community.He was lucky enough to record his first song in 2015 and the song did Accepted by his close associates, his musical journey officially began as a songwriter in 2018 and he was fortunate enough to write to major artists in the country and participate in major local and foreign artists' projects, he was involved in writing many of Nandy's songs including albums, Ep's Nandy WANIBARIKIhttps://djmwanga.com/2021/03/ep-nandy-wanibariki.html co-wrote a nandy song he co-wrote with a greatest African music artists.Nandy Ft Koffi Olomide Song Leo Leo,Nandy ft Harmonize song Acha lizame,Nandy ft Ali kiba song Nibakishie
