Fine chemical
[edit]Hi, for the article Fine chemical, it would be best if the rights to the text are ascertained. The main problem is that the text has to be released with either a GFDL or Creative Commons license, both of which, although not surrendering copyright, give the right to noncommercial and commercial reproduction of the text. As this has been published with Wiley, posting this text will most probably violate the contract with Wiley. If this has been settled, please provide an externally verifiable proof of this; for example, post a page at Hikal. Thanks! --vuo (talk) 20:54, 11 December 2011 (UTC)

How to post an externally verifiable proof
[edit]Hi vuo I am the author of the undone fine chemical article due to an uncertain copyright situation. I have now managed to get the admission from Wiley in pdf to post it on Wikipedia. I cannot post a page at Hikal as you suggested. How can I provide an externally verifiable proof accapted by Wikipedia? Thanks --PeterRPollak (talk) 14:35, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks! Volunteer effort in expanding Wikipedia is greatly appreciated. Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries explains how to proceed better than I could - I am not connected to the Wikimedia Foundation or a member of the Wikipedia's Volunteer Response Team. Posting a page is one way to verify; sending the letter in an e-mail from an address that can be unambiguously connected to you is also a good verification. --vuo (talk) 19:53, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
