Paul Albert Plaschke (1880-1954) was an painter and cartoonist best known for his work doing editorial caricature cartooning and En plein air landscape painting.[1]
Plaschke was a founder of the Louisville Art Academy and was instrumental in the beginnings of the Speed Art Museum. He was a student of George Luks at the Art Students League in New York.[2]
