Capsoul
Following in the tradition of Detroit's Motown Records, William Roger "Bill" Moss, an elected community official, political activist, and one-time music impresario in the Central Ohio area, recognized nationally for his efforts concerning educational matters and practices formed TheCapsoul Label during the early 1970s to bring Columbus, Ohio's local talent to a national audience.[1]
