History-Centrism
History-Centrism is a term coined by Shri Rajiv Malhotra in his book "Being Different - An Indian Challenge to Western Universalism". The term defines the Philosophical difference between Abrahamic Traditions and Dharmic Traditions i.e Abrahamic Traditions are history centric whereas Dharmic traditions are Non-History centric.
Explaination
The concept of History Centrism refers to a philosophical view which depends on certain event in History i.e For philosophical view to be valid, the historicity of a particular event is required to be validated. which makes it exclusive, literal, absolute and universal.
