Pamela Ofori-Boateng is a media professional, a long time Wikipedia contributor, community leader and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of New Mexico. Her interest lies at the intersection of Health communication, women and issues on disabilities.
In relation to Wikimedia, she has been a contributor since 2017 and has risen through several leadership ranks in her local Wikimedia community, Open Foundation West Africa before assuming a role as the first Africa coordinator for the Visible Wiki Woman Campaign 2021.
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, she currently employs Wikipedia in the classroom where students undertake Wikipedia assignments through the Wiki For Human Rights Campaign.
