Add to Kyoto Protocol: More facts and reasons on why Canada back-out of the Protocol in 2012. What are it's prospects now? Does Justin Trudeau have a new plan for Canada, one that is more science based than the previous Prime Minister, Mr. Haper? Since it is not a part of the second period of the Protocol, what is Canada's plan to reduce greenhouse emissions, especially now with a PM that recognizes the effects and has appointed scientists to positions.

Justin Trudeau, the new Prime Minister of Canada who is from the Liberal Party as opposed to the previous Conservative administration of Steven Harper has been quoted saying he "Will restore the place of science in evidence-based policy making" <ref>http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1890/1540-9295-13.10.528/full/ref>
Trudeau has restored a position of Chief Science Advisor which Harper eliminated during his term in 2008. <ref>http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1890/1540-9295-13.10.528/full/ref>
Harper had a focus on easing the burdens of the poil and gas industry and pipelines, which is a profitable industry in Canada, especially Alberta.
