Bradford Billet is the Deputy Commissioner and Chief Operating/Administrative Officer in the New York City Mayor's Commission for the United Nations, Consular Corps and Protocol; through his holding this position, Mr. Billet is responsible for diplomatic and consular, legal, intergoverntmental and public affairs for UNCCP. Honors and Education
[edit]Bradford Billet has been recognized as an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II for his work in the wake of the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks, which included identification of victims and missing persons.[3] [4]
