Falcon Eyes is an American Military Crime drama created and written by SD Lloyd. It is a joint production by BBC Four and Lloyd's Heddwas Productions.
The show focuses on a detachment of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations at the fictional Denver AFB, Colorado, and was filmed at multiple locations around the Denver area.
Production
[edit]Production was began by BBC Four after the cancellation of ..., a terrorism Police procedural set in France, following a terrorist attack.
Setting
[edit]AFOSI Det 385 is assigned to the fictional Denver AFB, CO, which was creating by amalgamating elements of Buckley AFB, Lowry AFB, and Stapleton Airport. THe rest of the Denver Metro Area was portrayed with high acuracy, with Denver Union Station, the University of Colorado, Byron G. Rogers Federal Building and United States Courthouse and the Univeristy of Colorado A Line featuring in various seasons.
Denver AFB is home to the fictional 85th Fighter Wing, and the Colorado Air National Guard 140th Fighter Wing
Falcon Eyes
[edit]Falcon Eyes follows Agent Hull as he becomes Chief of Investigations for Det 385, training of two new NCOs, and the investigation of several deaths in the 85th Fighter Wing.
Falcon Eyes: Defensor Fortis
[edit]Falcon Eyes: Defensor Fortis follows Det 385 investigating the death of six Air National Guard Security Forces Airmen, killed at the Denver County Jail as civilian LEOs. OSI heads a multi-agency team tracking the murders, unraveling a much larger plot. The season was praised for its handling of race relations and police shooting
Falcon Eyes: Fallen Archer
[edit]Falcon Eyes: Fallen Archer follows Det 385 investigating the death of a Missileer (the fictional nuclear incident term Fallen Archer), and the unraveling of a wider ecoterrorism conspiracy.
Falcon Eyes: Shadow Creek
[edit]Falcon Eyes: Shadow Creek is the final season, and focus on several child explotaion cases as well as the handover of investigations to new agents.
