Regarding the fourth reference: Nelson M. Blachman, Ronald Christensen, Jessica M. Utts wrote one letter to the editor (concerning the original paper of Christensen and Utts), and David J. Finney wrote another letter on another subject. Perhaps a better citation is:
- Nelson M. Blachman, Ronald Christensen and Jessica M. Utts. Comment on Christensen and Utts (1992). Letters to the Editor, The American Statistician 50.1 (Feb 1996) 98–99. [2]
Sources two and three appear to be unpublished manuscripts. Personally, I find neither very helpful. Indeed, on the two envelopes problem we have notes and references, further reading, and external links. At least one article appears on all three lists. This needs cleaning up.
