After finishing school, Allan embarked on his journey of social service and Indian politics, focusing on the development and welfare of the St. Andre constituency. His dedication to community service led him to pursue a career in politics, where he has worked tirelessly to serve his community.

He founded a real estate company named Reality Developers, which focuses on providing quality housing and infrastructure in Goa. Furthering his commitment to social welfare, Allan established the Allan Silveira Charitable Foundation in 2024. The Charity foundation is dedicated to community-driven initiatives, including building essential infrastructure, organizing social welfare drives, and promoting environmental sustainability.
