Osman Bedel has been working in ELT for over nineteen years, having taught English and trained teachers in Turkey, Russia and Bulgaria.

He was born in Bulgaria in 1976, but he moved to Turkey when he was a child as his parents are of Turkish origin. Osman Bedel studied “English Language Teaching” at Istanbul University and then became a teacher of English as a foreign language. Before moving to Bulgaria, he worked in Turkey and Russia. He has an MA degree in “Applied Linguistics” from Sofia University. He is now pursuing his Ph.D. in Linguistics at Moldova State University.

Osman Bedel has worked as a freelance teacher trainer for some ELT publishers and have taught under and post-graduate teacher training courses at summer orientation programs in Turkey. He is also approved as an “Oxford Teachers’ Academy Trainer” by Oxford University Department for Continuing Education.
