Hi. I'm a computer programmer living in the SF bay area.

Don't be put off by my username! Sorry if you're offended or anything. I started using this name OsamaBinLogin on other forums since before 9/11. My main intent was to mock the man, and have a chuckle. The name is a pun of Osama Bin Laden and a Unix program named /bin/login, which runs to let people log into the system. I had nothing but contempt for him while alive, and I'm glad he's gone. I was born and raised a Presbyterian in rural New York State, to parents of central european descent. I've since become agnostic. Never been islamic, although I'm a firm believer in freedom of religion.
