Chris is a single person who has lived in Spruce Grove 1982-1990 after moving from Orangeville, Ontario. Chris went to Broxton Park Elementary School from 1985-1992 where he won the 1991 Agra Fair competition. In 1992 Chris was pulled out of the school due to personal reasons and was in home school via Alberta Distance Learning in Barrhead, Alberta. Chris' time at home schooling came to an abrupt end in April 1994 and 6 weeks later Chris was admitted to Grey Nuns Hospital. In fall of 1994, Chris was put in at LY Cairns School and after just 2 months in the junior academic class, Chris was put into a senior high academic class despite he was just in Grade 8. However LY Cairns allowed teachers threw students like Chris into a secluded room. Chris just revived that information in April 2022. During the 1994-1995 school year, Chris had a major ring incident on April 25, 1995 where 6 hours later at the U of A hospital the firefighters finally cut the ring off Chris' finger. Chris went to Ontario from July 2 to August 11, 1995 during that time Chris went to Niagara Falls on the Ontario and New York State side and to a Blue Jays game (first and only major ballgame prior to his first pre-season game in Florida in 2013). In the 1995-1996 school year, Chris did 2 semesters of wood working but he had a hard time focusing in the school year as his worker, Carol was very sick due to cancer. Chris' last visit with Carol was on May 10, 1996 and a day later, Carol passed away at the age of 58. 2 months later, Chris continues to take it pretty hard and attempted suicide. In 1996-1997, Chris started his 3rd school year 2 weeks late after he was admitted to the Royal Alex Hospital. But that school year turn fortunes around for Chris. In May 1997, Chris' teacher announced to Chris and his family, that Chris was going to win an award. 6 days prior to the awards night, Chris moved away from his parents on May 31, 1997 and on June 6, 1997 Chris won his first and only award the Al Wudel Trophy for Business Practice.
