In the film As Good as it Gets, actor Jack Nicholson portrays an "... author with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)." "Throughout the film, [he] engages in ritualistic behaviors (i.e., compulsions) that disrupt his interpersonal and professional life", a "... cinematic representation of psychopathology accurately depicts the functional interference and distress associated with OCD[.]" [1]
