I have had a life long love affair with the radio business. From my childhood (growing up in the north east) I was fascinated by tuning in to the great stations of the day. All of the clear channel giants, and occasional "hearings" of several lower power directional signals. After college at Georgia Tech, I became especially fond of mid western and southern stations, and have followed their history when possible. Now in my senior years, I design and manufacture equipment for broadcast, recording and the military. Contributing to Wikipedia is my way of giving back to the industry and the hobby that I love.
