Please do not remove free use images from articles, add "real" statistics without citing sources and add incorrect information - the chokeslam has never been called the "showstopper" by WWE - to articles. Please consider reading the talk page before editing. Thank you. McPhail 13:20, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:3046305 l.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:3046305 l.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 12:05, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

Unspecified source for Image:3046305_l.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:3046305_l.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self-no-disclaimers}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 15:47, 12 March 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. -- SteinbDJ · talk · contributions 15:47, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Images

[edit]

Free use images are images that you own and are willing to relinquish sole ownership of, i.e. photographs or pictures that you personally took or created. A photograph taken at a wrestling event is free use; a publicity photograph released by WWE or a screenshot of WWE television is not free use. McPhail 18:43, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

3RR

[edit]

You are in danger of violating WP:3RR on Brock Lesnar. Please make no further edits until you have read and understood that policy. Thanks. --Yamla 15:07, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You said: "Does that go for the other reverter as well?"

I haven't looked in to it. It depends on whether the person is reverting vandalism or not. --Yamla 15:17, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image:3737223 l.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:3737223 l.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Yamla 15:19, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Verdict

[edit]

Verdict, you gave me your word that there would be no more edits until the end of March. I am ashamed of you. --Yamla 15:40, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There must be some mistake, i have been taken wrongly by another person. What do i do now? — Preceding unsigned comment added by O.C12 (talkcontribs)

Nobody's going to believe you, Verdict. --Yamla 15:44, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stop calling me Verdict please that is not my name and that is not a former account of mine. You need to check this up more clearly beacuse i give you my word that i am not Verdict. OC 16:47, March 2007 (UTC)

We no longer trust your word, Verdict. This is a confirmed sockpuppet. Any more claims otherwise will get this page protected. --Yamla 15:50, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am just shocked over this accuse. And i cannot believe i´ve actually been blocked indefinitely. This is just wrong. I dont think a checkuser will confirm to you that i am another person. You have made a mistake i can tell you that. And no as you wrote on your page to a user, you are not a sucker beacuse nobody has lied to you, but you are a sucker beacuse you just made a mistake of taking me wrong for somebody. OC.

This page has been protected to prevent you trolling any further, Verdict. Please note that the checkuser was quite clear but was not the only evidence that this is an abusive sockpuppet account. --Yamla 16:06, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
