His regular position is Wing but has also been utilized at Scrumhalf and Centre Career Youth He represented the Griffons at Under 16 and 18 levels and also their Under-19 team in the 2011 Under-19 Currie Cup competition. Senatla has also represented the Free State Cheetahs at Under 19 and 20 levels in the 2012 Under-19 Currie Cup competition and 2012 Under-21 Currie Cup competition respectively. Sevens In 2013, he was contracted to play rugby sevens for the S.A. Sevens team.
