Background
[edit]My name is Gary Slack, and I am a student at Belaire High School, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. As the majority of Wikipedians, my goal is to enhance the experience of being on Wikipedia, in any way possible. I find my forte in editing in music articles, because it is what I spend my time doing. Read my disclaimer at the top of the page. It's your best friend.
What is "NoxAvian"?
[edit]Well, the etymology of the word "NoxAvian" can be broken down in multiple ways. First, let's see the word "nox" and the word "avian". "Nox" is a latin root word for "night", which is my favorite time of a 24-hour cycle. The word "avian" is also a latin root word, being shortened to the word "avia", which in turn stands for "bird" or "feathered creature".
Origin
[edit]I don't know...one day I was Wikisurfing, and I came across an article with commonly used Latin roots. I saw "nox" and "avia" and just put it together. Simple as that.
Why did you make a section devoted to this?
[edit]Because it's my page.
