Biography
[edit]I was born on April 27, 1988, in Novosibirsk, USSR. I moved to the United States in 1994 with my family, and stayed in Atlanta. I graduated from Stone Mountain High School in 2006, then I was accepted to Clemson University. During my time at Clemson, I met my beautiful girlfriend, now wife, Elena. I graduated after 4 years at Clemson with a B.A. in Secondary Education. I then moved to Moscow with Elena in January, when we got married, and I am now teaching English at a local Moscow high school.
Interests
[edit]I am very interested in warfare and politics post-World War I. I've read about my heritage as in depth as reference books in the U.S. and the Internet will allow me, including the best of times, and the worst of times. However, I am also interested in other subjects, such as the mass decolonization of Africa, the situations of third-world war zones, such as Somalia, and acts of genocide such as in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Darfur. My favorite historical figures (although I may disagree with their views) are Joseph Stalin, Che Guevara, Charles de Gaulle, Ronald Reagan, and Josip Broz Tito.
Otherwise, I like American football, particularly the Denver Broncos of the NFL and the Clemson Tigers of the SEC. I am a HUGE fan of the Russian Premier League (Go FC Spartak Moscow!).
