Pablo Gimenez Riili
[edit]Pablo Gimenez Riili was born and raised in Mendoza Argentina. He was involved in wine production through his family’s business. After a career in law[1] and real estate, he opened Gimenez Riili winery with two of his brothers[2].
In 2004, he met Michael Evans and began working with him to form a new winemaking enterprise in the region called The Vines of Mendoza. [3]Riili,Evans, and investors purchased 650 acres of land in the Uco Valley, and created The Vines of Mendoza’s Private Vineyard Estates. [4]
Soon after, Riili and Evans also established The Vines of Mendoza Tasting Room, Acequia Wine Club, and The Vines Online Wine Store.[5]
