Nicholas Villa Herroz (born May 18, 1976) is an American athlete who has competed and won in mutliple sporting events including; Powerlifting, Running, Tennis and Cycling.

He competed in Track n Field and Cross Country races as a teenager with his best 1 mile time of 5:06 and 2 mile time of 11:31. At the age of 17, he became interested in Tennis and played in his senior year in High School and was honored the "Most improved Varsity" award.

He played tennis matches and won a tournament at the Racquet Centre Studio Citywhich was closed in 1998.

A three-time powerlifting Bench Press state winner in 2004-2005.[1] He won the 2004 Venice Beach PL and BP State Championships, 2005 USPF Monster Bench Press in Chatsworth, California and the 2005 USPF California State PL BP DL Championships at the Joint Forces Training Base - Los Alamitos.

Early Life

Nicholas Villa Herroz was born May 18, 1976 at Glendale Memorial Community Hospital in Glendale, California to the parents of Isabel and George Herroz. He was the 4th child from his mother Isabel with his brothers Robert and Richard Hauck and George Dexter Herroz Jr. He attended JBHS and then focused on Physical Education at CSUN. He played tennis matches and won a tournament at the Racquet Centre Studio Citywhich was closed in 1998.

He had his first child Jonathan Van Chan at the age of 26. Moved to Orange County in 2001 where he married his first wife Marianne and had 2 children, Kasen and Melena Herroz. He became a licensed driving instructor then became a licensed coach. He then married his 2nd wife Carlyn and had his 4th child Nicholas Jr. In 2018. Nicholas focused on teaching and helping students improve their tennis game while becoming a volunteer for the City of Irvine
