PowerCar Co.
[edit]
Introduction
[edit]The PowerCar Company produced pedal-powered, electric-powered[1], and gas-powered miniature cars in the 1950's[2] and 60's. Modeled after current production cars such as the Ford Mustang, these 1/4th or 1/3rd replicas were used primarily as promotional items by dealerships. Although their heyday has long since passed, their legacy can be seen in the toy cars produced by Power Wheels.
