How to make cheesy crunchy corndog

1cup of flour

1/2 cup of white sugar

2 glasses of freshmilk

1 large egg

pinch of salt

1 tsp baking soda

1cup bread crumps

250ml of oil

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, egg , baking soda, milk then mix until become thickened, then put in the refrigator for 30 minutes.

Heat pan and put the oil, After 30 mins start coacting the hotdog and cheese dip in the batter mix then dip to breadcrumps and put in the fan, do deep frying until golden brown, get from the oil put in strainer then put in the plate and do the plating for more yummy look and put some ketchup and mayonaise.
