Matthew Naylor is a political science graduate from the University of British Columbia. He has been involved in student politics and the Alma Mater Society of the University of British Columbia - Vancouver for a number of years. He has been active in the Liberal Party of Canada and the BC Liberal Party. In the 2008 Vancouver Municipal Elections, he ran for and lost the MetroVancouver Director seat for the Electoral Area A.
