Mike Campion A Phoenix, AZ native, Mike started his entrepreneurial career at the tender age of 22. Pouring his life savings into buying a Service Master Franchise in Grand Junction, CO, Mike returned home from mandatory training only have every single employee quit on the very first day by leaving a yellow sticky note on his door with "We quit - The Employees" written on it.
Not one to give up over a small matter like no employees, Mike managed to turn his situation around and within 27 months, he tripled the business, and sold it for 3x what he paid. In the 20+ years since then, Mike has bought, built and sold several multi-million dollar businesses. The most recent grew from zero to $4.3 million in 18 months.
During his 10 year membership to the EO (Entrepreneur Organization) Mike also served on the board of for 3 years. Voted 30 under 30 and SheKnows most eligible bachelors Mike has now settled down with a wife way too good for him, Nathalie Campion.
Mike has since sold his last 2 brick and mortar businesses for over 7 figures each and now spends his time helping owners of cleaning companies to achieve the success they deserve.
In 2014 Mike started the "Grow My Cleaning Company Podcasts" to educate and empower owners of cleaning companies with answers to their most challenging business questions. With more than 250,000 views and downloads, the Grow My Cleaning Company Podcast has helped hundreds of cleaning company owners all over the world.
To honor his Core Value of giving back, Mike sponsors a child through World Vision for 1 year (clean water, food, healthcare, education, community development and child protection) for every speaking engagement he accepts.
