Representing more than one tier 2 or 3 nation
[edit]With an abundance of players located in Australia, England, and New Zealand, it is common for players in these countries to pledge their allegiance to a developing national team if not selected for the aforementioned tier 1 nations.[a] It is less common, however, for players to change their allegiance between tier 2/3 nations.
