Partnerships
[edit]Qiagen: The GeneRead Link is a middleware of the GeneReader NGS System. The software was co-developed by the two companies to track chain of custody from sample processing to final reports.
Qiagen’s GeneReader NGS System is a sample to insight instrument capable of handling a lab’s workflow from sample testing to analysis, interpretation, and final reports of results in one environment.
The GeneRead Link middleware is a standardized interface that allows management of NGS data from sample preparation to reporting of results while tracking the chain of custody from sample processing through final reports. The middleware is capable of interfacing with most laboratory management systems and provides a compliance management system to customers.
Interactive Biosoftware: Alamut from Interactive Biosoftware can be integrated with SLIMS to enable management of NGS workflows from initial raw data to results. The integration allows tasks such as sample analysis, variant pathogenicity assessment, digital management of NGS samples and data, and post-sequencing in one environment.
Pathomation: PMA.core from Pathomation can be integrated with SLIMS to optimize processing and analytical data and workflows in Pathology. SLIMS-PMA.core collaboration allows the management of specimen and digital scans in one environment.
iSPECIMEN: iSpecimen Marketplace can connect to biospecimen inventories in SLIMS to make samples and associated data more accessible to researchers. The integration facilitates the fulfillment and tracking of sample orders.
The iSpecimen Data Connector Program automates the technology. Biorepositories and labs using SLIMS can spotlight available sample inventories and earn revenue from their use. Improved sample accessibility helps facilitate the expectation of biospecimen donors by providing access to hard-to-find, high-quality samples through the Genohm customer network.
