I have enjoyed a career in lighting design and production management beginning in the theatre/television industry in New York City. I took a personal enrichment sabbatical to earn a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. No one is ever truly prepared for navigating the wild swings between risk, failure, recovery, and reward of entrepreneurial life but I am grateful for these degrees and the skills acquired.

I am sharply focused on voter engagement in resisting challenges to the democratic processes and in support of civil justice goals.

Knowing the candidates and the local issues on my ballot (which directly affect my family's quality of life) is a civic precious responsibility.

Voting is in service of justice and I know what voter ID I will need to cast my ballot at my polling location –– make my vote count.
