Nirshu Narayan Singh (born on 3rd May 1960) is a Civil Engineering Professional and an alumni of Patna Science College and National Institute of Technology,Patna (formerly known as Bihar College of Engineering).He has completed his Degree in Civil Engineering in 1985. Born in a Bhumihar Brahmin family of Bhikhampur Village, Bhagwanpur Hat Block of Si wan District in Bihar, Mr. Singh has provided leadership over 35 years with a number of leading and largest Real Estate organizations including L&T Realty in terms of communication of vision,clarification of Business strategy, role clarity and performance targets.

He is graduated in Civil Engineering from NIT Patna (formerly known as Bihar College of Engineering) and has over 35 years of rich experience in Real Estate Industry and has successfully headed a number of Residential, Commercial and Shopping Malls projects in terms of Design, Engineering, Quality and Safety and most importantly at optimum time frame. Currently he is Board Member of three companies.

Nirshu Narayan Singh was born and brought up in a Bhumihar Brahmin family of Bhikhampur, Bihar. He graduated in Civil Engineering from NIT Patna (formerly BCE Patna) in the year 1985. His wife Rekha Nirshu Singh is a house wife. He has two children - son and daughter.
